Those food challenges arnt at every single restaurant like its made out to be by some programs. So on a hot day, when you have an hour or so to kill, get into The Plaza. We did request to speak to the manager - after 2 staff members told him our request - he did hear our concerns.

Came across this restaurant while on vacation with the family in Orlando. All I can say is awesome! Service was excellent, food was fabulous, portion sizes off the charts. Every order I saw go by was crazy large. Almost everyone was taking pictures of their orders when they arrived. Plan to go back when in the area again next week. Hash House used to be a favorite with us - however - we will not be returning. Upon our arrival, we were seated at a table near the kitchen although only about a dozen tables were occupied. I was actually wearing a hash house t shirt which the hostess did not acknowledge as a loyalty compliment. While waiting to place our order as repeat customers, we already knew what we wanted another waitress came to our table to retrieve the sugar dispenser and sugar packets although they were full. She placed them on the vacant table next to ours. It was at that time that we decided it was time to go - I find horse play in food service areas to be a dangerous thing. We did request to speak to the manager - after 2 staff members told him our request - he did hear our concerns. His corrective measures offered was for he himself to wait on our table. I expressed my safety concern over the horse play in the kitchen however, he did not seem that concerned. Stated that there was a kitchen manager in the kitchen at the time. Really disappointed - was my birthday trip. There is a wait line at the Hash Houses in Vegas, never a wait at the one in Orlando - guess I know why now. We went on a recommendation by a local working in our hotel. This restaurant lived up to all the reviews and pictures we saw beforehand. You have to get their Chicken meal with eggs bacon spinach etc. It's literally a tower of food. And try any of their pancakes - so delicious - it's one huge pancake that overflows the plate! You need to try this place if you're in the area!!

We had lunch at The Plaza after our Steam Trains Tour and it was completely average in every way. Try to not sin yourself sick, but enjoy this magical wonder. Petersburg Nitally's Inferno Soup Challenge: A 48-ounce bowl of soup containing some of the hottest peppers from around the world. It has the meal that they order on the show its the las vegas episode but same company and from someone that social it check my reviews its massive and great. I'm all for fresh food but that's a little too fresh. And try any of their pancakes - so delicious - it's one huge pancake that overflows the plate. They can keep the hot stuff thoughjust lots of Red Meat for me. Do you know of any other food challenges in Florida we should know about. I expressed my safety concern over the horse play in the kitchen however, he did not seem that concerned. I'm not going to talk about the vodka too much. The restaurant is themed on a typical turn of the century small town dining room.
